All return/exchange information is placed in writing and posted with your original invoice & receipt at time of sale.

Please note that all return items are the responsibility of the purchaser through Australia Post or courier until notified by Just 4 Mums Maternitywear that they have been received. If return parcels are lost in the mail, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to chase Australia Post for these parcels.
Once Just 4 Mums Maternitywear receives your return parcel, you will be notified by email and we will reimburse you by way of return cheque.
To make an exchange simply return your maternity wear purchase with your exchange request in writing and we will send your exchange to you. Please make sure that all items are packaged carefully as Just 4 Mums Maternitywear will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Should you return something back outside of the return date, you will be offered a credit note to be used at your convenience so you can purchase something else in its place at a further date that suits you.
