Using Your Pregnancy Super Foods

Banana Pancakes

3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3 bananas (ripe and mashed)
1 cup Self Raising Flour (heaped)

Beat egg and sugar.  Add banans and flour, add small am9ount of milk (2-3 tbs).  Cook in pan with a bit of butter until golden brown.

Banana pancakes can be eaten both hot and cold.  Eaten at breakfast or is a good snack.
